Academy set up as the employees’ everyday app “Backstage” — news, onboarding and procedures in one place.
The task
Kolpin Hotels runs several hotels, each with its own daily rhythm and its own staff. Information, training and procedures had to reach everyone — without each hotel building its own version.
The solution
We set Academy up as their own app, Backstage, in the hotels’ own identity. News, onboarding programmes and procedures sit together in one place, and we help with the content on an ongoing basis.
Today
Backstage is the app employees open during the working day. New colleagues get the same introduction across the hotels, and management can reach everyone — or only the people it concerns.
