What data do we process?

When you contact us, we may process data such as your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry. The data is used to answer your enquiry and to communicate with you.

When you visit the website, we may also process technical data about your visit, for example IP address, browser type and how the website is used. What is collected depends, among other things, on your cookie choices.

The processing is based on our legitimate interest in running the website and communicating with customers, potential customers and others who contact us. Processing based on statistics or marketing cookies takes place on the basis of your consent.

Cookies

The website uses necessary storage to remember your choices. If you consent to statistics, we load Google Analytics 4. If you consent to marketing, we load Agency360 to record company visits.

The acs_consent cookie remembers your cookie choices for 180 days. Browser local storage contains acs_sprog for your language choice and acs_consent_sync with the time consent was last changed, allowing open tabs to respect your choice. Local storage remains until you delete it in your browser.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie settings. Here you can choose which optional services may load. On withdrawal, optional tracking stops and the page reloads using your new choice. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out on the basis of your consent.

Suppliers

The website is hosted by Netlify. We also use the services described below when you give the relevant consent.

Agency360

We use Agency360 ApS to identify companies visiting the website and understand their interest in our services. Agency360 processes technical visit information, including IP address, pages visited, time, visit duration and traffic source. We use this information in our work with prospective business customers.

Agency360 loads only after you consent to marketing. Without that consent, our Agency360 integration sends no visit information to the service. You can withdraw your consent at any time using Cookie settings.

Agency360 has stated that it does not store IP addresses.

Agency360 has stated that visit data is retained for 13 months. The processing is covered by a data processing agreement between A Close Shave and Agency360 ApS.

Agency360 marketing cookies

Agency360 uses the following Matomo cookies. Their purposes and durations were provided by Agency360 on 21 October 2026. The durations apply to cookies in your browser.

  • _pk_id: Contains a unique visitor ID to recognise new and returning visitors and create a visitor profile covering interactions, the number of visits, and the first and most recent visit. Duration: 13 months.
  • _pk_ses: Links actions such as page views, downloads and events to a single visit so Matomo can group them into the same session. Duration: 30 minutes.

Agency360 information on data processing and privacy

We use Google Analytics 4 for statistics about use of the website. The service loads only if you consent to statistics.

Retention

We retain personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as we are required to do so under applicable law.

Your rights

Under the data protection rules you have a number of rights, including in certain cases the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability.

You can complain about our processing of your personal data to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, datatilsynet.dk.
