Academy registers and communicates data for all activities carried out by employees on the domain. You can see how much they read news and complete certifications, and with which results, for instance. This provides you with an insight into areas that can be optimised as well as which kinds of content that you should publish more or less of. Data also enables you to benchmark units/departments based on Academy activity. Meanwhile, A Close Shave utilises these statistics to ensure constant positive development in how the system is used.
Tools for Salespersons
If you have mobile salespersons or store consultants, they can get insight into a store’s activity on Academy on their mobile phone. Upon visiting, your representative can see involvement for the store through reading of news, completion of certifications, most active employees etc. The insight provides a basis for a good dialogue with the store.
Academy can send out weekly/monthly reports by e-mail that give an easy and clear insight into activity on the system in the past period. Managers can see activity for their department in the past week or month, for instance.
