All retail companies recognize the need to empty out the warehouse of a certain product in order to make room for new ones. An old favourite way to do this, is by having a sale. But selling out cheap isn’t cost efficient, even though it’s quick. Another way to go about it could be to engage the body of staff in stores, using a series of communication strategies on Academy over a period of two months. This was what we chose to do, when we were assigned to help a retail client empty out their storage of Samsung Multiroom products.
